Manaktala Eye and Maternity Home was established in the year 2000 by Dr. Anil and Dr. Neelam Manaktala at Arya Nagar, Meerut. They have now been joined by Dr. Karan Bhatia and Dr. Ruchita Manaktala Bhatia.
